After discovering that nobody made a good grid for android app icons, I decided to create it myself.
How to use:
If the guides are shown ( press ⌘ + ; ) each square represents 1 density pixel.
Use the Gmail example for tint, shadow, opacity, angle, and finish.
Android Density Reminder:
192px by 192px = 4x / xxhdpi (Current Size)
144px by 144px = 3x / xhdpi
96px by 96px = 2x / hdpi
48px by 48px = 1x / mdpi
