Had a few alignment problems transfering the design to the developers, most of the time because of the damn pixel/dp conversion, so i create this grid that works fine for me to design/sketch on a dp perfect grid. This was made for s4 and notes 3 devices. I hope this works for you as well.
ps: The actionbar is not on the grid because it has his own alignment behavior.
